Brain excitement addictions: drugs, television, sex, food (anything you can put into yourself)

Addiction is caused by things you put into your body or brain. I’ve known drug addicts, food addicts, television addicts, social network addicts, video game addicts, reading addicts, iPhone addicts, Crackberry addicts, sex addicts; and people with multiple addictions. There are thousands of “things” you can put into your body or into your brain. These “things” often cause humans to become addicted to them because they provide enjoyable (can enhance or diminish brain activity) stimulus to the brain. Whatever causes the enjoyable stimulus is what is causing the addiction. What stimulates your brain? What causes your brain to light up? What causes your brain to slow down? Are you in denial of being an addict?
I’ve never met a man who didn’t have an addiction. Having addictions is what makes you a human. Sadly, chemically (drugs/narcotics) dangerous addictions are stronger than any other type of addiction there is. If you are using drugs keep in mind that you are indeed addicted as your brain “works” when you use them. It “works” because your brains pleasure receptors “light up” and cause you to feel “normal” again.
