Business Card - Vista print sent me blank business cards!
Wednesday, September 24th, 2008When you purchase business cards you would hope your print company would proof them before mailing them out. I had to call Vista Print to explain the situation (45 minutes of productivity lost). There is no email support with Vista Print. The customer service agent tried to charge me again for shipping to have the correct cards sent out. I requested either a full refund or correct cards sent to me for no additional cost. After another 10 minute wait I was finally told that they would be sent back out at no additional charge. I didn’t see an exceptional savings through Vista Print (even though their ads offer 200 free business cards - which suckered me in, in the first place!).
